I've heard that Windex Multi-Surface is part of the Spend $10 on Windex, Get $5 ECBs deal at CVS. Below is how this scenario works out:
Buy 4 Windex Multi-Surface $2.50 each = $10
Use (4) from 5/9 Smart Source insert ... (Don't have any, no problem ORDER IT HERE)
Pay $6 and Get back $5 ECBs
Final Cost: $0.25 each!
